Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is successfully placed, we do not accept cancellations under any circumstances.

  • We request you to carefully review product details, size, color, and quantity before completing your order.

  • Any errors arising from incorrect details provided at checkout (address, phone number, product selection, etc.) will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept product refund/replacement requests only in cases of damage or defect at the time of delivery.

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design/color, or incorrect product selection.

Refund/Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  1. You must provide a complete unboxing video starting from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  2. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the product as received.

  3. Any claim must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with the video proof sent to our support team.

  4. After verification, we will initiate either:

    • A refund to your original mode of payment, OR

    • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

Important Notes

  • Claims without proper, continuous unboxing video proof will not be entertained.

  • Refunds/replacements will not be processed if the product has been used, altered, or tampered with.

  • In rare cases where the product is eligible for replacement but the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
